i have DB training
tues-chem make-up spa trial
wed-DB
thurs-physics make-up lesson
fri to mon-sc camp
tues n wed-sc investiture rehearsal

fri-db
arghh!!!!now i noe y nat was so stessed!!!!
*sob*this is the path i chose...to join db n sc..
i must MUST survive wit the workload...
so ppl...pray tt i survive the next 2 weeks

1st time i row so many strokes in 1 go
we row all the way frm sdba to 1 bridge den all the way back agn
omg...my arm n butt aching so much now
and 1st time today sth happen on the boat

came up den go running....omg...
b4 i even start running my leg cramp liao lor...
but dun care i must train..so i go run..
run run till ben say i look very pale...haha
den we slow jog all the way back to sdba
hes very nice la...friendly too...really liven up the whole atmosphere

it was supposed to b nat
but her parents restrictions n the heavy responsibilities r too much 4 her liao
so tues she go ask the teacher to let her quit
so scary sia
she was so stressed up n was crying all day lor...
my heart ache 4 her sia
she used to b so bubbly n crazy de lor
encouraged her to try,
but seeing her liddat make me support her decision to quit
den re-election
wasnt sure whether i shud join after see nat like tis
in the end somehow i ended up running 4 election agn
there was arthur yang GuangYao n Shan Rui too
haha...names of s'pore political leaders sia *wink*
n my name got distorted by ppl =.=
in the end i won the election...

today had DB...
so tiring sia
we ran 4 like 3 rounds..
den did 3 sets of
-100 twists wit a metal pole
-60 sit-ups
-60 pumpings
-20 leg raise
-20 front back wit metal pole
-300 swing wit the metal pole
now i noe canoeing ppl do the swing not easy eh...
den we got punished for dilly-dallying
100 pumping straight
npcc like so much slackier compared to DB lor
or izzit i slack too much?
but at least npcc dun hav 100 pumpings punishment eh

sat behind amanda...
she so fast sia!!!
den end up i always hit her paddle....=(
den thunderstorm....i was scared we might get thunderstrike lor
but heng dun hav*phew*
den row row...n i cut my finger along the gunrail

but i continue paddle
salt water on wound...dunno how to describe the pain sia...
n...i always sitting behind ppl who splash lots of water...dam suay can...
went up 4 some physical training....
we gals hav to do 40 guys pull-up
i cant believe it lor...
the requirements 4 gals like same as guys...=x
but at least we hav leg support...phew
